A successful advertising executive, and incentive industry magazine publisher, Mary brings a deep understanding of marketing and promotion to all RepLink customers. With more than 30 years of incentive market experience, she helps guide DataDirect services and sales.

 

The DataDirect Group

 

The DataDirect Group was established in 1993 to develop innovative ways for suppliers and their reps to manage, market, and sell incentive merchandise. Incentive customers that benefit from these services include promotion agencies, incentive companies, and organizations that use incentive products to reward employees, customers and channel partners.

How data is shared

DataDirect has developed several specialized software programs that bring product data to the incentive marketplace.

RepLink was the original offering and remains the most frequently used program. Originally, floppy disks were mailed in order to link updated merchandise to a network of independent incentive reps.  The program continues to be the primary source of product information for every incentive rep and  top incentive brand suppliers.

Access RepLink was created because incentive resellers began asking for the same link to merchandise information used by the reps. The service is used by most of the major incentive companies and nearly 300 professional buyers.

ShipQuick provides a nightly feed of incentive merchandise that suppliers can ship within 10 days. The program includes a complete order processing and communications system. On time delivery is 97%.
